Cancellation Policy:

We require a minimum of four (4) hours’ notice if you wish to cancel your appointment. This provides the practice with an opportunity to offer the appointment to other clients from our waiting list.

If you do not attend the practice and do not cancel your appointment, you will be charged $40. If you do cancel your appointment but provide less than 4 hours’ notice, you will be charged $40. If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, we will try to provide you with an alternative appointment time on your scheduled day of service, in order to avoid the cancellation fee being charged.

After more than two late cancellations or failures to attend, we will charge you the full cost of the treatment and you will be required to pre-pay for any future appointments.

Workers Compensation and Third Party Insurances do not generally cover charges for cancellation or non-attendance. These charges will need to be met by the client.
